Feelings of grief and loss can come from a variety of different reasons, such as the death of a loved one or pet, loss of a job, loss of a relationship, relocation and many other life transitions.
Grieving is a personal process with no predictable timeline for healing. Therapy can be helpful in working succesfully through lifes transitions.
It takes courage to take the first step and start the healing process.
